It was an iconic television advert when we were kids, during the holiday season when the Coca-Cola Christmas Trucks pass through the town with that catchy tune playing and loads of lights sparkling bright. Now, years later we were able to go see the trucks on tour as they pass through the city of London. It's a small childhood dream come true - plus of course we get loads of free mini Coca-Cola cans!! Terra Consultancy: Deaf Christmas Business Show 2012
A fantastic business event was organized today at the 'University Women's Club' in Audley Square, Central London, by the good folk at Terra Consultancy which brought together a group of like minded individuals looking to get onto the business ladder. Deaf entrepreneurs - both young and old eager to learn more about what some organisations had to offer and how they can get benefited in the process.

Today was a really exciting day as the Olympic Torch relay passed through Stratford, East London on its 64th day. My wife and I took a 5 minute walk from our appartment down to Stratford to catch a glimpse of the torch & to feel the sporty festive spirit on the Games.
There wasn't much of a crowd when we got there, but sure enough, loads turned up when the torch came near ! The parade that lead the actual torch relay was quite fun too, with sponsors leading the flotilla filled with dancers, loud music and cheers.
